Litter box was received in the time frame promised. Set up was quick and easy. Litter box seems to be made well and was up and running in 15 minutes. I experienced no issues unpacking and setting up the litter box. My 22lb cat immediately entered and handled his business, exited and the the box quickly cleaned it up, notifying me of his accomplishment. The only suggestion I may offer is to make a step accessory in the corresponding color for a small additional fee, but it did not prohibit my guy from entering. I have my old box currently in place for a bit for adjustment purposes only and will remove at weeks end.
